I CANNOT READ YOUR MIND AND I WILL NOT ALWAYS BE ABLE TO PICK UP ON SOMETHINGS, IF YOU WANT SPECIFIC POSES, DETAILS,COLORS OR SPECIAL ASPECTS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO A DESIGN OR CHARACTER PLEASE TELL ME EVERYTHING! THIS INCLUDES THINGS YOU USUALLY WOULDNT THINK ABOUT.Another thing! please send the ref of your oc first and request what you want when commissioning me! Please remember to try and either keep it all in one place or after everything is agreed upon it would be useful if you retyped everything you wanted in a paragraph or more alongside the pictures.
I have memory issues so this helps me to be able to remember every detail <3!-TOS-!1. I will not do time limits due to it causing burnout2. I will not give a refund if the art is past the sketching phase (unless the comm itself is a sketch)3. I am allowed to reject a commission if it is either too complicated or I do not have the time or skill for it4. Please be patient with me as I have irl responsibilities5. Please do not resell character designs I made for you without my permission (trades and gifting them are different, I dont mind them lol)6. Do not claim the art I made for you as your own, regardless of if you paid for it or not I was still the one that made it7.Be honest with me at all times even if you think it would hurt my feelings. The commission must be to your liking so if you see something you dont like or wish to be tweaked then dont be afraid to ask!

A lot has changed since I first wrote this and as you can see its no longer based on adopts or custom designs,instead its based on whether or not youre allowed to make money off of my art or not.
